About Counselling

Counselling is the opportunity to talk with a qualified, experienced, accredited professional for a fifty minute appontment on a weekly basis about anything that is troubling you.

A counselling intervention can be for a few weeks or on an open ended basis.

Psychotherapy is a longer term, more in depth version of the same thing.

Clients frequently see me for issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship problems, life transitions, low self esteem, addictions, bereavement, psychosomatic illnesses and many other difficulties.
